1. No Refunds

All services offered by Insightful Hub, including but not limited to website design, branding, content creation, digital marketing strategies, and consultations, are non-refundable. Once a service is purchased and the work has commenced, we do not offer any refunds or cancellations. This policy is in place because we invest time, resources, and expertise into delivering personalized services that cannot be returned or reused.

2. Project Approval and Communication

Before starting a project, we ensure all terms, deliverables, and objectives are clearly outlined and agreed upon by both parties. We prioritize regular communication and encourage our clients to be actively involved throughout the project to ensure alignment with expectations. Once a project scope is approved, no refund will be issued, even if the client decides to discontinue the service midway.

3. Modifications and Revisions

We strive to deliver results that meet or exceed your expectations. If you have any concerns or require modifications to the deliverables, please let us know during the review stages specified in the project agreement. We are happy to accommodate reasonable revision requests to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome. However, revision requests beyond the scope of the original agreement may incur additional charges.

4. Exceptions

Our No Refund Policy applies in all cases except for instances where:

  • There is a duplicate payment error.
  • The project has not been started or any work commenced.

In such cases, clients must reach out to us within 7 business days of the transaction to request a review. After this period, no refunds will be entertained.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we recommend discussing your concerns directly with our team. We are committed to finding a resolution that respects the interests of both parties. Our goal is to ensure transparency and clarity in all communications, minimizing the potential for misunderstandings.
